 🖋 We all know W.B.Yeats(William Butler Yeats) is one of the foremost figures of 20th-century literature .He was an Irish poet, dramatist, prose writer.He was the pillar of the Irish literary establishment, he also helped finding Abbey Theatre.  🖋  In 1923 he was awarded Nobel Prize in Literature and he was the first Irish Nobel Laureate.

🖋 W.B.Yeats proposed Maud Gonne who was a feminist ,poet and an actress , 3 times but he got rejected .He also proposed Maud Gonne's daughter to marry him but again he got rejected.

 🖋 His father was an Irish Nationalist but his mother believed Ireland should remain under Britain.

 🖋 He was often homesick and helped compile books of Irish fairy tale and verse.

  🖋Abbey Theatre also known as National Theatre of Ireland ,established in 1904 ,which was situated in dublin was found by W.B. Yeats and Lady Gregory.
